Flowers for Emery

Last Saturday Morgan and I spruced up our front yard with some flowers for Emery. Yes, its not the best time to be planting flowers with the weather as hot as its been but we figured we'd give it a try :) Its been about a week and the poor little things aren't quite as beautiful as they are in these pictures....but they were lovely while they lasted! When it gets a little cooler we'll try again....

Getting Closer!

Morgan and I had fun taking pictures of this belly of mine...I can't believe how close we are to the end! AH! As of Thursday last week i'm dialated to a "2 plus" and about 70% effaced, yay! But Emery and I had a heart to heart the other day and we decided if she isn't ready to come yet, thats just fine and we can be patient BUT whenever she's ready i'm ready :) So i guess now we wait! My next appointment is Thursdays so we'll see how things are going then!



(Please notice the Neds Crazy Sub cup of the table....yes, i'm pretty sure we're there once a week at least....it always seems to hit the spot)

Is that really me? I'm still shocked everytime I see my reflextion....wow.

Officially "Big and Pregnant"

Here's the latest picture of myself and our ever growing little girl! This is about a week old at 30 weeks....wow I can't believe i'm in the 30's! Ah!! I haven't really gotten to the "can't wait to not be pregnant" stage but I hear its right around the corner! So we'll see...but for now i'm loving all the new experiences and looking forward to all the ones to come!

Beach Week 2008!

Beach week this year was a blast! (as always) W spent our days lounging on the beach, eating cow cookies and soaking up the little bit of sun we got! The weather was PERFECT! It probably didn't get over 70 degrees the whole week which was HEAVEN! I've been so dang hot so it was nice to get away from the AZ heat. Also, beach week wouldn't be beach week without golf! So Morgan got to spend most of the mornings out of the golf course :) I got to go with him one of the days and we really had a good time.

Fourth of July!

We had a pretty low key Fourth this year....we stayed home all weekend and got caught up on quality time and SLEEP! But we did manage to get out of the house for fireworks Friday night. We picked up some Pei Wei to-go (yum!), and drove out to Morgans parents lot to watch the fireworks :) Its right at the base of the Superstitions so we got a nice view of firework shows across the valley AND all the lightning soooooo cool! We really had a blast and Morgan had fun trying to figure out how to take pictures of the lightning (which he found is much harder than you'd think...)

Its Growing!!

This is the most recent picture I have of the ever growing belly :) This was a couple weeks ago so i'm a bit bigger now but I'll post one of those pictures as soon as we get around to taking one!

Time For an Update!! Mexico

We took off to Mexico last week with my family for the whole week and it was GLORIOUS! We had a BLAST hanging out with all of them :)
