Time to Go PRIVATE....

Well dang...it looks like the weirdos found us...we got a questionable comment on this last post and i guess its what i needed to finally make the decision to go ahead and make our blog private...so you know the drill, if you would like to know what is going on in our oh-so-exciting lives please leave your email address before December 1st and we'll be happy to share!!

Sunday Morning Serenade

Emery LOVES the piano....so this morning while we were getting ready for church we pulled

her highchair up to the keys and let her play her little heart out :)

Lefty or Righty?

So about a week or so ago I noticed that whenever Emery would get a hold of a pen or highlighter or marker...pretty much anything that you can write with, she'd hold it in her little fingers like a pencil and try to draw with it. So today I went to Target and got her some fat washable crayons and let her go to town!

I'd say she's got pretty good form for a one year old!

Yes, I immediately hung it on our fridge :)

ps. i have to say i was so impressed with emery...she didn't try to eat the crayons, not once!

We Love Show Low

We headed up the mountain this weekend to get out of here and take my sisters family pictures...

We really couldn't have asked for better weather, scenery, and company!

Emery turned ONE!!

One year ago on the 10th....

Emery came into this world and changed ours forever! We could not have asked for a sweeter

baby... We sure do love this girl

Emery had a plethora of cousins to help open presents...thank you!

Where Did September Go?

So to say life has been busy would be an understatement...Here's a snapshot of whats going on with the Pews..

Morgan...work, home, school, softball, home, work, school, softball, home

Emery....eat, sleep, play

Morgan did take time however to teach Em how to play the drums...we think she's a natural...

And Sunday afternoon naps are a must....aren't they sweet...

But my favorite happening so far has been this weather!! We planted flowers over the weekend and had the doors and windows open all day...I'm pretty sure that it doesn't get a whole lot better than this...

Beach Week 2009

Probably my favorite beach week so far! It was so relaxing...the weather was PERFECT (didn't get over 65 the whole time....ah...), got to sleep in (thanks Janene), ate good food (thanks Jake, Ralph and Janene), spent an entire week with Morgan without work!! (thanks Keith), also got to spend an entire week with some other pretty cool people (thanks beach week friends and the family Pew) AND got a little bit of a tan (thanks Sun) I mean really, who could ask for more? Too bad it had to end....
